My order arrived in 6 days, unfortunately it was too large for my dog Reuben, my own fault though because I thought I was clever ordering the next size up to be on the safe side, contacted Philip via the website, received a response within an hour telling me to send it back and he would exchange for next size down, this arrived after 6 days again and fits perfectly???? seems well made and good quality. Overall it’s been a very positive shopping experience ????????
