Welcome to Pawfetch. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union.

Pawfetch is a trading brand operated by CC Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14089914, with its registered office at 2 Peel Court, 24 St Cuthberts Way, Darlington DL1 1GB, United Kingdom. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from this site.

Where we deliver

We currently sell and deliver to France, Germany and Spain. Orders cannot be placed for delivery outside the countries offered at checkout.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed, and you may cancel at no cost.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. Full details, including how to exercise this right and the model withdrawal form, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. We also offer a voluntary 30-day returns window in addition to your statutory rights.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Goods we supply must be as described and of satisfactory quality. As an EU consumer you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. These rights are free of charge and are not affected by any commercial guarantee we offer.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, each of which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and the Pawfetch name, is owned by or licensed to CC Marketing Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under EU consumer law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, the home jurisdiction of CC Marketing Ltd. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the EU country in which you habitually reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

EU consumers may also submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
