Shipping policy

We deliver to France, Germany and Spain. Every order is dispatched from our warehouse in Spain, so there are no customs charges or import fees anywhere in the EU.

Delivery costs

• Free delivery on all orders over €35.
• Orders under €35 are charged a flat rate of €4.99, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. Typical delivery time is 2 to 5 working days to Spain and 3 to 7 working days to France and Germany. Please allow up to 11 working days; most orders arrive sooner. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further delivery charge.
