Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Pawfetch. This policy explains how and when your order is shipped within the United States.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where carrier service allows. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 13 business days (MondayFriday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery time
After processing, most orders are delivered within 14 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 27 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35.
- A flat-rate shipping fee is applied to orders under $35 and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
You can track your parcel using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by weather, carrier volume, or events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will help track it down.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
