Refund policy

At Pawfetch, we want you and your pet to love every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@pawfetch.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 510 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Items that can't be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods, including pet food and treats
  • Used grooming items

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we cover the cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item, for example a different size, is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
